What kind of responsibilities do you have in your position? |
For my position, I have responsibilities to run the family system and mentor-mentee system. My main role in these two systems is to monitor its operation and improve interactions among the members, so everyone can be more involved and build more personal relationships!! The other responsibility that I have is to recognize and spotlight people in our club. Encouragement is definitely a power to maintain members activeness because it shows that we care about their growth and achievements as friends!! Another responsibility that I have is to educate people about MRP to help expand their potential and increase their understanding about the district.
